TIGBAO, Zamboanga Del Sur (Jan.22, 2019) - The Tigbao Municipal
Police Station Top 10 most wanted was arrested during police operation
conducted by police elements of Tigbao MPS, Zamboanga Del Sur Police Provincial
Office at Purok Riverside, Barangay Nilo, Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about
7:00 AM of January 22, 2019.
Police
Chief Superintendent Emmanuel Luis D Licup, PRO9 Regional Director said that
the operation resulted to the arrest of Nicolas Abergas Y Oliveros alias
“Loloy”,(Top 10 Most Wanted Person municipal level) 54 years old, married, and
with postal address of Barangay Upper Nilo, Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Nicolas
Abergas Y Oliveros was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of
Theft under criminal case number no. 3314-T issued by Presiding Judge, MCTC 8th
Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Dumalinao, San Pablo, Tigbao and Guipos, Zambonaga
Del Sur issued on June 30, 2014 with bail recommended of Twenty thousand
pesos(Php20,000.00).
The
arrested suspect is now placed under the custody of Tigbao MPS for proper
