1 Person survived in shooting incident

TIGBAO, Zamboanga del Sur – One person survived in shooting incident transpired at Purok 7, Barangay Lacupayan Tigbao Zamboanga del Sur at about of 12:45 AM of June 2, 2019.

The victim identified as Jessie Yanson Y Dinapo sustained multiple gunshot wounds on his right shoulder of undetermined caliber after his apparent companion shot him

He was brought to Zamboanga del Sur Medical Center, Dao, Pagadian City for medical treatment.

Investigation conducted disclosed that victim was riding a single motorcycle (Rouser Kawasaki 135), color red black combination with plate number JA 45185 from municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay going to the municipality Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur with a companion identified as certain Joey Dragon who was also riding other single motorcycle (XRM 125) color black with no plate number and upon reaching of Purok 7, Barangay Lacupayan, Tigbao, Zamboanga del Sur the suspect shot the victim.

The companion of the victim identified a certain Joey Dragon inched his way closer to the victim and allegedly shot the victim several times. As a result, the victim stumbled down along the road.

Victim also noticed also that there was other vehicle pick up behind him allegedly serve as a backup who were also shooting unto him.

Meanwhile, victim exerted effort to evade the suspect by running towards the nearby house located at the above-mentioned place and seek for assistance.

According to the victim, one of the suspects alighted from a pick-up vehicle and took the driven single motorcycle of the victim and fled immediately going to Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur.

Police Brigadier General Froilan F Quidilla, PRO9 Acting Director has ordered the Zamboanga City Police and Zamboanga del Sur Police to conduct manhunt operation against those perpetrators and deeper investigation to the unmask the identity of the perpetrators and the motive of the incidents.  

Shooting Incident

TIGBAO, Zamboanga del Sur - Shooting incident transpired along the National Highway Purok 3, Upper Nilo, Tigbao Zamboanga del Sur at about 9:35 PM of May 12, 2019.

Police Brigadier Gen. Emmanuel Luis D Licup, PRO9 Director identified the victim as Rudy Dalaoyan, 48 years old, married, construction worker, resident of Barangay Baloyboan, Pagadian City.

Accordingly, the victim was walking on his way home, after having a drinking session at Barangay Nilo, Tigbao, Zamboanga del Sur and upon reaching at the said place, he was shot by unidentified suspect using undetermined type of firearm.

The victim sustain lone gunshot wound at his head and was brought to Provincial Hospital, Dao, Pagadian City. The suspect fled to unknown direction after the incident.

PNP personnel of Tigbao Municipal Police Station is conducting follow up investigation on the incident.

Shooting Incident

TIGBAO, Zamboanga Del Sur (Feb. 25, 2019) - Shooting incident transpired inside the house of Teddy Tampos Y Dumaging, situated at Purok 1, Barangay Maragang Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 8:50 PM of February 25, 2019.

The victim was identified as Max Dequito Y Rebatado, 42 years old, Filipino, married, farmer and a resident of Purok 4, Barangay Maragang, Tigbao, Zamboanga del Sur. He was sustained one (1) Gunshot Wound on his left forearm and passed through his right chest and was immediately rushed to Zamboanga del Sur Medical Center, Dao Pagadian City for medical treatment.

The unidentified suspect fled unseen to vegetated area of said place after the incident.

Investigation conducted disclosed that victim visited the house of his cousin identified as Teddy Tampos to celebrate the birthday of Teddy’s son, however, while they were preparing to cook a native chicken for their dinner, unfortunately they heard a one (1) burst of a fire arm coming from outside of said house while the main door was opened, both of them was shocked, fortunately victim evade fatality and able to run towards the kitchen of said house.

Responding team recovered one (1) piece cartridge case of alleged caliber .45 pistols. Motive of the incident is apparently personal grudge.

Rape Suspect Arrested

TIGBAO, Zamboanga Del Sur (Feb. 23, 2019) - On February 22, 2019 at about 9:30 PM, PNP personnel of Tigbao Municipal Police Station conducted police operation (Service of Arrest Warrant) at Purok Gawasnon, Barangay Begong, Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur. 

The operation was resulted to the arrest of Faustino Fasion Y Tapdasan Jr, 31 years old, single, a resident of Purok Gawasnon, Barangay Begong, Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur.

The accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Rape, docketed under CC NR 9298-2K9, dated 27 July 2009, issued by Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 19, Pagadian City with no bail bond.

Subject person temporarily detained at Tigbao MPS detention cell for proper disposition.

Top 10 Most Wanted Person of Tigbao MPS Falls

TIGBAO, Zamboanga Del Sur (Jan.22, 2019) - The Tigbao Municipal Police Station Top 10 most wanted was arrested during police operation conducted by police elements of Tigbao MPS, Zamboanga Del Sur Police Provincial Office at Purok Riverside, Barangay Nilo, Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:00 AM of January 22, 2019.

Police Chief Superintendent Emmanuel Luis D Licup, PRO9 Regional Director said that the operation resulted to the arrest of Nicolas Abergas Y Oliveros alias “Loloy”,(Top 10 Most Wanted Person municipal level) 54 years old, married, and with postal address of Barangay Upper Nilo, Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur.

Nicolas Abergas Y Oliveros was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Theft under criminal case number no. 3314-T issued by Presiding Judge, MCTC 8th Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Dumalinao, San Pablo, Tigbao and Guipos, Zambonaga Del Sur issued on June 30, 2014 with bail recommended of Twenty thousand pesos(Php20,000.00).
