TIGBAO, Zamboanga del Sur (May 18, 2018) – A woman
was arrested for Slander Case during the operation (Service of Arrest Warrant)
by the personnel of Tigbao Municipal Police Station at Purok 7, Barangay
Poblacion, Tigbao of this province Saturday at about 11:20am.
Police identified the arrested suspect as Edmarie
Naong Gaan, 22 years old, single, and resident of Purok 1, Barangay Maragang of
this municipality.
The accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of
Arrest issued by Hon. Pacifico Cimafranca Jr., Presiding Judge, 8th MCTC,
Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur for the Crime of Serious Slander docketed under
Criminal Case Number 3426-T with bail bond recommended of six thousand pesos
(PHP 6,000.00).
Subject person is now temporary detained at
Tigbao MPS awaiting court disposition. (By
